Is Reformer Pilates safe during pregnancy?Reformer Pilates can be safe during pregnancy, but it’s essential to consult with your doctor before starting. You are welcome to attend any of our classes up until you are 16 weeks. If you are over 16 weeks pregnant, please do not attend a general class. We offer specialised antenatal Reformer Pilates classes, which are the most suitable option for expecting mothers.

Can I take a trial class before committing to a membership?Yes, we offer single drop-in classes for €23. Or if you'd like to try out a range of our classes, we have an Introductory Offer of 4 classes for €75 allowing you to pick and choose. Please note, this offer is valid for 30 days after purchase.

Do I need previous Pilates experience to join a class?No prior experience is required. However, if you’re an absolute beginner, we recommend starting with our Reformer Essential classes before progressing to our other classes.

How many people are in each class?Our classes are small, with a maximum of 8 participants, allowing for personalised attention from the instructor.

What is the cancellation policy?We require at least 24 hours' notice for class cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a fee or loss of the class credit.

Can Reformer Pilates help with injury rehabilitation?Yes, Reformer Pilates is known for its low-impact nature and is often used in rehabilitation. Please consult with your GP or physio before starting, and inform your instructor of any injuries.

What does the current class timetable look like?We are starting off with a reduced timetable. As demand increases, we will add more classes to the timetable. If you have specific times that would suit you best, please let us know—we’d love to hear your feedback as we expand our schedule. Please note, our timetable is subject to change.

How do I book a class?You can easily book a class through our online scheduling system on our website or via the Legitfit mobile app. Simply select your desired class time and reserve your spot. The easiest way to book into a class is through the Legitfit app. You first need to follow this link https://legitfit.com/authenticate/signup/sculptpilates to connect with Sculpt Pilates, then download the Legitfit app and login with your newly created account from the above link. You should be able to see our timetable here, purchase any package and book a class. Once you've booked a package, don't forget to use this as a 'service' to book into a class. You can find all your upcoming classes in the homepage of the app.

What should I wear to a Reformer Pilates class?Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Socks are mandatory, and we recommend grip socks for better stability and hygiene. We sell grip socks in the studio soon, which can be purchased in person or online and collected on arrival to your next class.

Is Reformer Pilates suitable for all fitness levels?Absolutely! Reformer Pilates can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. We recommend that absolute beginners start with our Reformer Essentials classes to build confidence and proper technique.

Where exactly are you located?We are located in Ladytown Business Park, just a short drive from both Naas and Newbridge. We're two doors down from Shay Dowling Carpets. How often should I do Reformer Pilates?For best results, we recommend attending 2 to 3 classes per week. However, the frequency can be adjusted based on your fitness goals and schedule.

How long is each class?Each class lasts 45 minutes, providing a comprehensive workout that targets all major muscle groups.

Do you sell Gift Cards?Yes, we offer digital gift cards! Our digital gift cards can be purchased online for any amount you choose. They’ll be emailed either to you or directly to the recipient—your choice. The gift card can be used to purchase class passes and is the perfect way to share the gift of Pilates!

What are the different class levels offered?We offer a range of different classes! You can find a more detailed description on our timetable, but as a summary: - Reformer Essentials is our Beginner-friendly class and is ideal for those new to Reformer Pilates as it focuses on the foundations. - Our Reformer Flow classes are mixed-level and are perfect for beginners transitioning to improver or those who already have experience. - Sculpt & Strengthen is our intermediate option for those who have a good base and wish to progress. - Stretch & Mobility is a slower-paced class perfect for those who wish to reduce muscle tightness or increase flexibility. - Reformer Cardio is a fast-paced class, using apparatus like the jumpboard. You will work up a sweat in this class! Not suitable for those with injuries. - We also offer Mum & Baby, Bump & Baby and Prenatal classes for new Mums and Mums-to-Be. This is a welcoming class designed to support women through pregnancy and early motherhood. For safety, only babies in car seats or buggies are allowed. Toddlers and wobblers are not permitted to wander during class.
